What areas do we cover?

All Rome airports, Civitavecchia cruise port, Napels, Tuscany, on request in all Italy.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

The driver will meet you in the hall of the arrivals area at the “MEETING POINT” holding a sign with your name.
Meet and great service is free of charge.

Where will I be dropped at the Airport?

Our guests are dropped off at the Terminal of the airline company they are departing with.

Where will our chauffeur pick us up at the Termini Train station?

Your chauffeur will meet you at the end of Platform 1 (near the pharmacy), holding a sign bearing your name.

When will you pick us up on departure date?

As a general rule we pick you up 3 hours before your flight departure time. For example, if your flight is schedule to depart at 12:00 PM, we will pick you up in Rome at 9:00 AM.

What does the price include?

Your quoted fare includes a private deluxe vehicle with a professional chauffeur licensed by the municipality of Rome, fuel cost (which runs approximately 20% of the fare) applicable tolls, insurance, airport parking fees, Italy’s 23% VAT tax. Gratuity is not included.

Not included in the standard transfer fare are gratuities, mini tours to Rome’s tourist attractions, additional unscheduled stops on the way to your hotel, guaranteed English speaking Chauffeurs, running commentary by chauffeur.

Will I be charged if my flight is delayed?

NO, we monitor the status of your flight and we are always updated with your status.

Must I share my vehicle with other people?

Absolutely not, we only offer private transfers

What happens if I miss my flight?

Contact us as soon as possible and if it is within on hour of the flight departure you will not be charged.

How can I pay?

Most of the time, you pay the fare directly to the driver after drop-off, in euros.

If you want to prepay your trip, you can use our last step booking tool. The visible price will be the price obtained at the beginning of the booking, so you can pay by credit card, Paypal.
